App displays advertisements on the screen. Im looking for weather information, not massage creams and enterprise server solutions.

This update is awful. Was absolutely great as it was. So great that others saw it and wanted me to me to tell them how to install it !! Why would you change such a good thing??

You shouldnt have changed the color scheme or information layout with this update. Faded gray text on a white background, huh?? This stinks!!!

My current April 2016 review. The latest update ruined a good thing. This app is now bloated with things like news, videos, and traffic. Its busy looking and just plain ugly. What happened to a weather app that showed the weather? AND to top it off, the weather reporting info is lessened. Really? Well it was good while it lasted. Im deleting this app and looking for a new weather app. My original review. Simple and easy to use. Loads quickly. My only complaint is that the radar really needs to have a time stamp. I tested it out on my recent trip to an airshow in Oshkosh Wisconsin. While enroute via a commercial airline I used the radar map to assure a neighboring passenger that there would be no storms and low chance for turbulence. At the weeklong airshow, we camp out and walk everywhere all day long so the forecasts are important to our daily prep on what to bring into the show. The radar and the alerts kept us up to date on the two times when we had to seek shelter. I love that it only took two clicks to view, from the home screen with the days forecast, hourly temps & precip, click radar then click play. Great! Like I said though, the radar does need a time stamp so you know for sure, where you are, or will be, relative to any inclement weather. My other weather app, accuweather, would never load while I was there and this app was reliable and accurate enough for me. This app is similar to what accuweather used to be when it was great, before their unwise developers mucked it up by adding in ten thousand unnecessary features and loads of text on their screens. I hope these guys continue to keep this app clean, simple and attractive to look at while still being efficient and spot on with their forecasts.

The last version stopped working for me so I stopped using it. This new version works well. Thanks!

This was a good weather app, now its a crap gossip app

I am not a fan of the update. I prefer the old version. I prefer simple. I especially don’t like Weather Notifications about parts of the world or country I DON’T live in. I also don’t need Traffic, Science Video or Tech Video in my WEATHER app.

Until a day or two ago this was a terrific app. It allowed me to enter multiple locations, and had good satellite maps for each one, plus weather forecasts, watches and warnings. Now it is just a totally boring bunch of images that take you to the same stories of weather around the world that you can get in many other places. Similar to the stories WeatherBug has in a non-dominant position. So why has such a useful app been destroyed? I dont know, but I dumped it and am sorely missing what it used to be.

A very useful app destroyed by last update. Last update wiped out all my saved locations and has become very cluttered and cumbersome to use. I will be deleting it and looking for a better app.

This used to be my favorite weather app. After this update I am looking for a different one because of all the cruft (and excessive notifications). I cant recommend this to anyone in its current form.

I loved that my location had at-a-glance numbers, forecast. I could always see the weather in my friends locations on the same screen. Now I have to swipe around to see any of it? The last update was silly, too, the new fonts are childish. Im looking for a new (free) weather app.

4/12/16: Hate new release. Used to really like this app. Since the new release today, all the cities I had saved are gone! They also used to be all on one screen. If I end up keeping this app (which I doubt), Id have to recreate them! Woopie, Radar is still there but now dont have all the other choices to look at like earthquakes and a bunch of others! Looked at severe weather and there were a bunch of little squares (white and green) but no way of knowing what they meant. And I could care less about science videos or tech videos! So much for caring what users like. I work for a software company and if we made this many radical changes without doing a survey first, we would lose a ton of customers and they pay thousands for our product. Ill keep it for a while just to see if we get an update that reverses this new release but if dont soon, am going to look for another one. Original review: Really like this app since it has so many features like warnings, complete forecasts, radar, etc. Only issue Ive found is trying to add Arnold, Maryland to my list of cities and getting this msg. Search location already exist in the list and am unable to add it to my list. I can only assume the msg. refers to a master list of cities since it is in there. Since it doesnt look like theres been any updates in a while so hopefully this issue will get fixed soon.

Seems as though most of Hawaii is covered in your radar except the south part of the Big Island (southernmost island). Just look up South Shore Hawaii NEXRAD and please add it! Thanks

Well after this app being idle for awhile it has not improved. The default location is so far off it is ridiculous. Set the city with your main location and the time never changes and the update does not change. Better go back to the drawing board, DELETED...

This app sounded really great until I tried it. Then I found that most of the emails in its mailbox were ads and promotions rather than weather. I have deleted it.

I liked the old look because the contrast was readable.. Now it is completely unreadable. Worse is you cannot adjust the colors. App deleted.

Almost everything went wrong with this previously great app with the latest redesign. I believe it would have been possible to add some of the new features without destroying the beautiful simplicity of the previous design, but now huge graphics now dominate rather than quick and easy visibility of the essential weather data. Apparently the siren song of low-contrast was too great and the app crashed on the rocks of trendy but dysfunctional style. Im appalled that the developers didnt have the decency to even migrate favorite locations for those who were loyal customers. I would have paid for the previous version given the chance (it wasnt offered) but now myWeather is deleted. A sad and unnecessary fate.
